What is the delivery fee?

We charge a flat $10 CAD shipping fee on all Canadian orders and $10 USD shipping fee on all US orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax)!

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped out the next business day after your order is placed. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer free local pickup in Brampton, Ontario. You'll receive the full pickup address after your order is ready. We’ll contact you to schedule a convenient time.

Where are you located?

We are based in Brampton, Ontario near the major intersection of McVean & Castlemore. We are a home-based business, so in-person shopping is not available, but pickups and video appointments are welcome!

Can I see the jewelry before purchasing?

Yes! We offer video appointments to help you view pieces, ask questions, and find your perfect set. Contact us to book a session.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, interac, Cash, Apple Pay, and other secure online payment methods directly on our website.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes! We currently ship within Canada and the USA.

Can I send photos for a match or styling help?

Absolutely! We love helping you find the perfect set. DM us on Instagram or email us at info@purejewelz.ca with outfit photos or questions.
